Tender documents and tender schedule may be downloaded free of cost from the website www.etenders.kerala.gov.in the bid submission fee and EMD shall be remitted online only. All bid/tender documents are to be submitted online on the e-GP website. Tenders/bids shall be accepted only through online mode on the e-GP website and no manual submission of the same shall be entertained. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Copy of all tender documents of online cover are to be submitted online and subsequently through speed post or by hand duly filled and signed within the prescribed time..

The bids shall be opened online at the office of the Assistant Engineer, LSGD Section, Peruvallur Grama Panchayath, Parambilpeedika, Malappuram at the above mentioned date and time in presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives who are present at the time and venue. If the tender opening date happens to be a holiday or a non-working day, the tender opening process will be done on the next working day with no change in time and place. Tenders received online and copy/originals received by speed post (except bid), without the necessary documents mentioned above will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject the tender submitted by the tenderer without assigning any reason.

The firm period of the tenders shall be 60 days from the due date of submission of bid. The department shall not be responsible for any kind of errors such as missing of scheduled data while downloading by the bidder, network congestion etc. All other existing conditions related to the tenders of LSGD is applicable to this tender also.
