B OSN I A AND HERZEGO VINA

Gradiška (BIH-HR): • 5 freight vehicles on BiH exit, waiting time 30 minutes. • Waiting time on BiH entry is 1 hour. • Jams at the customs terminal Gardiška. Rača (BIH-SRB): • 5 vehicles on BIH entry. • 10 vehicles on BIH exit. • 10 vehicles at the terminal that are waiting for veterinary or phytosanitary checks.

As of Sept 12, 2020 all foreigners may enter Bosnia and Herzegovina provided that they have a negative PCR test for coronavirus, not older than 48 hours. Entry into BiH without presenting a negative test for SARS-COV-2 is allowed to citizens of Montenegro, Republic of Serbia and Republic of Croatia, when they enter BiH directly from the states of which they are citizens as well as their minor children and spouses who are citizens of other countries.

ALBANIA

• H. Hotit (MNE): waiting time on entry 1 hour (8 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 1 hour (6 vehicles). • Durres (ITA): waiting time on entry 8 hours (46 vehicles), 63 vehicles waiting on exit. • Morine (XK): waiting time on entry 1 hour (17 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 1 hour (7 vehicles). • Q.Thane (MKD): waiting time on entry 3 hours (22 vehicles), waiting time on exit is 2 hours (1 vehicle). • Kapshtice (GR): waiting time on entry 2 hours (11 vehicles), no vehicles on exit. • Kakavia (GR): no vehicles on entry, waiting time on exit is 30 minutes (1 vehicle).

As of June 5, 2020 all restrictions on passenger traffic and movement are lifted in Albania. Permits are no longer required and movement is not restricted to residents only. The tests are no longer required and neither is quarantine. DAILY REPORT 25.09.2020.

CROATIA

• Bregana border crossing: no delays on entry and exit. • Macelj border crossing: waiting time on entry is 2 hours and on exit 1 hour. • Bajakovo border crossing: waiting time on entry is 1 hour and on exit 4 hours. • Slavonski Šamac border crossing: waiting time on exit is 1 hour.

2 km long line of freight vehicles on A3 motorway at Bajakovo border crossing. On A3 Bregana-Lipovac, until Dec 01, the overpass at Otok Svibovski junction will be closed. The detour is at the junction Ivanja Reka and through Ivanja Reka town. Until Oct 23, , at Županja junction, the entrance lane from Bregana direction is closed and exit lane in Lipovac direction. On A2 Zagreb-Macelj, on 22/23, 23/24, and 24/25.9, 29/30.9, 30/01.10, and 01/02.10 during the night hours from 8pm till 5am, traffic will be suspended due to maintenance between junctions Krapina and Trakošćan in both directions. The detour is on the DC1 state road. Between junctions Zaprešić and Sveti Križ Začretje, there is two-way traffic from 20.+300 till 23. +300 km and again from 27. till 30. km. There is one-lane traffic due to roadworks in the Krapina-Sveti Križ Začretje area. On A1 Zagreb-Split-Ploče, until Sept 30, Mondays to Thursdays till 10.00h and after 6pm, and Fridays till 9.00h and after 6pm, in the area of Žuta Lokva junction, there will be multiple traffic suspension due to extraordinary transport. Due to roadworks in the Konjsko tunnel, all traffic is closed in Dubrovnik direction and there is two-way traffic in Zagreb direction with 60km/h speed limit (until Sept 30, 2020). On A6 Rijeka-Zagreb there will be temporary traffic suspension for 15 minutes on Sept 25 and 28 frpm 12pm till 4am between junctions Oštrovica and Kikovica in both directions. Dvor and Vitaljina border crossings are open to passenger traffic only. At Gunja border crossing, there is a traffic ban on freight vehicles and buses (the bridge is not stable).

All persons from Croatia who are travelling to Italy (as of August 13) and Austria (as of August 17) must have a negative COVID - 19 test not older than 72 hours upon entry, or should be tested within 48 hours of entering Italy. Transit through Italy and Austria is currently not limited and does not require a negative COVID - 19 test. As of August 15, all Croatian citizens entering Serbia must have a negative PCR test not older than 48 hours, which includes transit through Serbia as well.

As of September 1, only three border crossings between Hungary and Croatia are open: Duboševica-Udvar, Terezino Polje-Barcs (only for Croatian and Hungarian citizens) and Goričan- Leteneye. Hungary closes the borders for all passengers who don't have a residential address in that country. The entry is only allowed for so-called justified cases .

SLO VENIA

SLO-CRO border crossing: • Obrežje: no delays on entry and exit. • Gruškovje: no delays on entry and exit. ITA-SLO border crossing: • As of April 19, arranging freight vehicle convoys is no longer required to enter CRO at Obrežje border crossing nor travelling in convoys through CRO. Subsequently, the Slovenian police has stopped arranging convoys at checkpoints with Italy (Fernetti and Italy). SLO-HUN border crossing: • An agreement has been reached regarding the passengers crossing SLO-HUN borders. It is the second country after Croatia, where SLO borders are fully open. SLO-AUT border crossing: • As of June 5, restrictions are lifted on passenger flow Austria-Slovenia.

The access Slovenska Bistrica north, entry-exit, Maribor direction on Štajerska motorway, will be closed due to roadworks from 12am till 7pm Saturday. On Gorenjska motorway, between accesses Brezje and Kranj west, there is two-way traffic in two narrowed-down lanes. On Vipavska expressway, entrance and exit Vogrsko is closed in direction Vrtjobi, Italy. On Adriatic highway, the access Lipovci, towards Lendava is closed, both entrance and exit.

When crossing the border, all drivers need to have on them a Permit for working in the international transport – this document is used as a proof and no quarantine is needed in that case. New instructions for international transport drivers that are returning from Serbia or BiH to SLO over weekend by a car. Besides usual documentation, it is now necessary to have a statement containing data on the company, driver, day and hour of departure, plate number and direction where the next tour out of SLO is headed. It is important that from the moment of entry in SLO till the moment of exiting SLO there is no more than 6 hours.

Due to the rise in COVID 19 cases and seeing how all of them are imported cases, SLO has, as of June 19, reintroduced a mandatory 14-day quarantine for all arrivals, regardless of residence status in SLO or nationality. This does not entail hauliers in the international transport, who have on them a driving Permit for international transport.

As of 30.08.2020. Serbia is on the "yellow" list of Covid-19 countries, so the 14-day quarantine has been lifted for the SLO citizens when returning to the country from Serbia.

MONTENEGRO

Dobrakovo (MNE) – Gostun (SRB) border crossing: • 17 vehicles waiting on entry, waiting time 2.5 hours. No delays on exit. • TCG is dispatched regularly, upon arrival at the border crossing, the trucks are dispatched immediately. • There is no quarantine, Bosnian and foreign drivers are given written instructions to regularly contact epidemiologists.

Ilino brdo – Klobuk border crossing from Bosnia: • 3 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 30 minutes. 1 truck waiting on exit, waiting time 10 minutes. • During the 08.00-12.00 working hours, waiting time is 30 minutes. Customs procedures are performed as HGVs arrive at border crossing. • No quarantine

Debeli Brijeg (MNE) – Karasović (HR) border crossing: • 4 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 45 minutes. No delays on exit. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. However, transit vehicles are given written instructions on deadline to exit Montenegro. • No quarantine.

Božaj (MNE) - Hani i Hotit (AL) Border crossing: • 2 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 20 minutes. No delays on exit. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. However, transit vehicles are given written instructions on deadline to exit Montenegro. • No quarantine.

While it is obligatory to have a test result to cross the border, passengers will not be able to enter Montenegro from Bosnia and Herzegovina through the border crossing Šćepan Polje - Hum, on the road Plužine - Foča. Entrance is possible from 07.00 to 19.00 at the border crossing Metaljka on the road Pljevlja - Čajniče. Due to cases of infection in Rožaje, the border crossing Vuča-Godovo on the road Rožaje-Tutin is closed. RUSSIA

• Senkovka ∕ Novi Yurkovich: no delays on entry and exit. • Grejac / Pogar: no delays on entry and exit. • Bacevsk / Trobortnoe: no delays on entry and exit. • Terehovo: waiting time 6 hours on entry and exit, 332 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Silene: no delays on entry and exit, 147 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Grebnevo: no delays on entry and exit, 49 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Domanovo – Makrany: 8 vehicles waiting on entry and exit.

Quarantine measures do not apply to international transport drivers. Regarding passenger traffic: • Terehovo border crossing: 12 passenger vehicles have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Silene border crossing: 17 passenger vehicles have crossed the border in the last 24 hours • Grebnevo border crossing: 6 passenger vehicles have crossed the border in the last 24 hours.
