For the second year in a row PCBS plans to hold a Best Self-Produced CD (BSPCD) competition to choose the best self-produced CD from among our member bands. The CD chosen by our panel of judges will be entered in the Blues Foundation’s BSPCD competition. The CD must be released between November 1, 2013 and October 31, 2014. The entry deadline is October 18.
