VENUES Competition Venue : Palais des sports de Marseille (81, rue Raymond-Teissere, 13000 Marseille) COMPETITION EVENTS 1. Taolu Events (Optional Routines without Degree of Difficulty): a. Individual Events (10 events divided into male and female categories): Changquan, Nanquan, Daoshu, Jianshu, Nandao, Gunshu, Qiangshu, Nangun, Taijiquan, Taijijian. b. Duilian Events (1 event divided into male and female categories): 2-3 people in duilian without weapons, duilian with weapons, or duilian with barehands against weapons. 2. Sanda Events: a. It is held responsible for all work of the Competition. According to the scale of competition, each continental, regional or national federation may form its own Competition Committee or Department composed of technical officials to take charge of the whole organizational work of the Competition under the leadership of the Organizing Committee. -

In order to promote the Art of traditional Wushu and raise the level of Kung Fu (mastery of the Art), the European Wushu federation is organizing the 2-d edition of European Traditional wushu champonships open for ALL european wushu clubs and schools recognized by respective national federations. The 1- st edition in 2011 in Tallinn, was a big succes and was attended by 47 clubs from 19 countries. Please find in Attachement all related materials about the event. !!Sincerely yours, EWUF Secretariat REGULATIONS EWUF TRADITIONAL WUSHU CHAMPIONSHIPS (ADULTS & JUNIORS) 2013 REGULATIONS 1. EUROPEAN CHAMPIONSHIP: The official name of the event is:- «EUROPEAN TRADITIONAL WUSHU CHAMPIONSHIPS 2013» This event is an official EWUF Traditional Championship. It is conducted according to the IWUF system of participation encouraging a larger participation from countries with no limitation, as stipulated by IWUF for the World Traditional Championships. The EWuF Executive Committee approves the EWUF Vice-President/ Technical Committee Chairman to preside over the Competition Committee, which is authorized to organize and manage the competition. 2. DATE and PLACE: Date: 8th till 15th April 2013 Place: Bucharest, Romania Venue: "Sala Polivalenta Sports Hall" (the biggest one in Bucharest) 3. PARTICIPATION: 3.1 Those eligible to participate are national teams from EWUF member countries. Those national teams can only be composed of groups from schools and clubs recognized by respective national federations. The OC reserves the right to verify teams are recognized by their national federation. -

The official name of the event is: «4th EUROPEAN KUNGFU (TRADITIONAL WUSHU) CHAMPIONSHIPS 2017» The event shall include: The 2d European Yongchunquan Championships 13th – 16th May 2017 The 4th European Traditional Wushu Championships 17th – 21st May 2017 This event is an official EWUF KUNGFU (Traditional Wushu) Championship. In this case the athletes of such a team shall compete as "European Independent wushu athletes – EIWA" under the flag of the EWUF. 3.3 The list of the independent athletes is submitted by the Competition Committee and must be confirmed by the EWUF Executive Council. -

Questo articolo è un estratto del libro “ Il Meihuaquan: una ricerca da Chang Dsu Yao alle origini ” di Storti Enrico e altri Presentazione: Oggi questo testo rimane la testimonianza di un indagine che nuovi studi rendono un po’ datata. In particolare sempre più evidente è anche l’intreccio del Meihuaquan con la religione Buddista oltre che con quella Taoista e con il Confucianesimo. Resta invece mitologico il legame con il Tempio Shaolin ed il relativo pugilato. Rimangono comunque tanti altri interessanti spunti di riflessione. WUSHU 1. GENERAL TERMS The Wushu competitions shall be organised in accordance with the most recent technical rules of the International Wushu Federation (IWUF), IWUF Wushu Taolu Competition Rules & Judging Methods (Excerpt) 2019 and IWUF Wushu Sanda Competition Rules & Judging Methods 2017. In case of disagreement in the interpretation of these rules, the English text shall be regarded as authoritative. The programme and duration of competitions are fixed by the FISU in agreement with the Organising Committee and the UWC ITC. The competitions shall last four days and include the following events: MEN WOMEN TAOLU (ROUTINES) TAOLU (ROUTINES) Changquan Changquan Daoshu Jianshu Gunshu Qiangshu Nanquan Nanquan Nangun Nandao Taijiquan Taijiquan Taijijian Taijijian SANDA (FREE FIGHTING) SANDA (FREE FIGHTING) 48 kg 48 kg 52 kg 52 kg 60 kg 60 kg 70 kg 80 kg The duration of events is as follows for both men and women. Taolu (Routines): - For Changquan, Daoshu, Gunshu, Jianshu, Qiangshu, Nanquan, Nangun & Nandao, each routine’s duration shall be no less than one minute and twenty seconds (1min 20s). - For Taijiquan and Taijijian, each routine’s duration shall be between three to four minutes. Sanda (Free Fighting): Each bout consists of three two-minute (2min) rounds with a one-minute (1min) rest in between. An athlete will be determined to have won a bout by winning two rounds; or by knock-out of his/her opponent; or by technical victory as stipulated in the “Rules for International Wushu Sanda Competition”. Under the control of the Competition Committee shall be the following contest officials composed of:- 1. Competition Judges and Officials:- 1.1 One (1) Taolu Chief Judge 1.2 One head judge and six line judges for each carpet consisting of 2 panels: «A» and «B». The «A» panel judges are responsible for producing the score for technical performance (quality of movements). The «B» judges are responsible for producing the overall performance scoring. 1.3 One secretary/registrar per carpet. 1.4 One judge responsible for checking the participants list per carpet. 1.5 One cameraman per carpet working for the Jury of Appeal. Article 2 – Duties of Contest Officials 2. The contest officials shall work under the leadership of the Competition Committee Chairman.
