Charles Esten Puskar né le 9 Septembre 1965 à Pittsburgh en Pennsylvanie, est un Américain humoriste, acteur et chanteur, connu pour ses apparitions dans le spectacle d'improvisation ‘’Whose Line Is It Anyway’’ où il est mieux connu par son surnom de ‘’ Chip ‘’. I am proud to say that today, as it has been for the last forty-five years, Oasis Center remains a strong, bright ray of light shining for the youth of Nashville.
