MP2 Energy Texas LLC ("MP2ET") is a retail electric service provider in the State of Texas and has been since 2008. In September of 2017, MP2 Energy LLC ("MP2E"), in addition to its subsidiaries, were acquired by Shell Energy North America (US) L.P. ("Shell Energy"). MP2ET remains an indirect subsidiary of MP2E, but MP2E is now owned 100% by Shell Energy.

On September 4,2020, MP2ET submitted an amendment to their certification with the Commission updating the Technical and Managerial Qualifications. Upon the request of the Commission's staff, MP2ET has supplemented Attachment D4 and D5 of the amendment.
