Price @ $90 (JJ) (SOLD @ Gallery 10/27/14) 2. 1990’s Presidential Money Clip, with the presidential seal, in near mint condition, these clips were given out to Dignitaries and special guests of the president and were never available commercially. Columbia CC, The entire clip is Sterling silver, with the Club crest & 1898 on the crest all in vg condition, maybe a centennial clip ? but it looks to be earlier. Price @ $100 (JJ) 4. 1980’s ? Presidential Money clip, with a small version of the Presidential seal, we had never seen this clip before, and it was never available commercially in vg condition. Price @ $150 (JJ) 5. 1978 – Australian Open Golf Championship, with a red, white & blue medallion, in vg condition. Price @ $75 (JJ) Photo’s #3367 – 3370, Lots #4 – 7 6. 2005 US Open – Pinehurst, the entire clip is sterling silver, with the putter boy medallion, in vg condition. Price @ $80 (JJ) (SOLD @ Gallery 6/10/14) 1 7. 1998 Grand Slam of Golf, with the names of the (4) Contestants that year, Mark O’Meara, Lee Janzen, Vijay Singh & Tiger Woods with black and white fill around the gold lettering, in excellent condition, these were never commercially available to the public. Price @ $100 (JJ) 8. Early 2000’s Masters pewter money clip that was available for purchase in the merchandise areas, now a collector’s item in excellent cond. Ben Hogan Sterling Silver money clip, limited edition #95/950from Malcolm De Mille Co., a beautiful clip commemorating the Hawk “Ben Hogan” a great clip in excellent condition. The clips are a peanut style, polished brass, with a white stone jewel medallion, and brown & white filled lettering, all in mint condition. He worked as an assistant at Cobbs Creek until 1933 when he be- came the head professional at the Beverly Hills Country Club in Upper Darby. In 1943 Bickel took over the professional position at The Spring- haven Club when Andy Campbell died. He stayed at Springhaven until he retired in 1964 at which time his son Ted III succeeded him. Bickel was a vice-president of the Section five years and the president for three years, 1948-1950. He was the eleventh president of the Philadelphia Section. In 1948 he was selected by the Section to complete the last two years of Marty Lyons’ term as a national vice-president for District II. Bickel at- tended the national PGA meeting twice as a Philadelphia Section delegate and he attended the meeting as a vice president of the PGA twice. Bickel was voted into the Philadelphia Section PGA Hall of Fame in 1998. Walter P. Brickley Walter Brickley was born in New Jersey in 1908.
