Evangelism Team report, Bro. Ed Amundson shared of events happening this year (2013) and next year (2014) such as a fishing tournament, Archery tournament, Kentucky Changers, Camp Outs, as well as mission trips. Bro. Ed Amundson also shared about scholarships avail- able this year, and next year (2014) a Wild Game Banquet. Campus Ministry report given by Bro. Dusty Phelps, in written form. Bro. Dusty Phelps shared some prayer request of needs on Campus. WMU report given by Roetta Vaught shared about the Tea party at Calvary Baptist Church in February, and the mission project that took place at First Baptist Church in Bronston in mak- ing 46 salvation dolls. Roetta Vaught shared that on May 4th 2-4pm, they are having a 125 year celebration of WMU. Mission project for May is Birthday Bags. May 21st there will be a baby shower for Aim at Eubank Baptist Church. Bro. Carter Stewart thanked the WMU for making the salvation dolls. Business adjourned Music by the Adam Sisters Bro. Rick Hatley gave the State of Association Address, preaching from the Scripture verse 2Cor. 7:14. Announcement time for Revivals taking place, meeting was dismissed in a season of prayer.

110th Annual Meeting October 10, 2013 Held at FBC of Bronston Session I, 2pm Bro. Carter Stewart welcomed everyone and led in Prayer. The meeting was called to order by moderator Bro. Barry Vaught. Clerk, Bro. Eddie West made the motion to seat the messengers and adopt the program as printed. Motion carried. Bro. Arthur Dawson led the congregation in hymn, #35, How Great Thou Art. REPORTS Clerk, Bro. Eddie West shared Executive Board Highlights, as printed. DOM, Bro. Rick Hatley presented the calendar as printed. Bro. Arthur Dawson led singing in Hymn #254, #177. Special music by Bro. Bill Dawson. Doctrinal message by Bro. Shelby Reynolds, The power of a loving church, Acts 2:41-47.
AGENCIES REPORTS Dr. Charles Hedrick shared about what was going on with Campbellsville University, shared about the campus here in Somerset. Bro. Ken Roberts shared about the Hispanic ministries. He also thanked the PBA for their support. REPORTS Evangelism report was given by watching a DVD of the fishing tournament and the fish fry. Disaster Relief, camp, clothing, WMU, Youth reports in written form. BCM report was shared about the reorganization, the ministry is ongoing and there is no director. Report of the Property Feasibility Committee was given in written form, Bro. Gerald Ashley was there to answer any questions and the motion was made to table this till the evening ses- sion. so-moved. Bro. Arthur Dawson led the congregation singing, #259, The Bond of Love. Assistant moderator Bro. Patrick Butcher led the second half of Session I. Bro. Pat Callahan gave report for camp, reminded everyone that camp is year round, report is in written form. Bro. Tony Hall shared about Clear Creek Day s on November 9th and 10th. Churches who participate are asked to provide Sunday Lunch, and the cost of a motel room, $35. And a Love Offering. Special music by Bro. Bill Dawson. Moderators message by Bro. Barry Vaught. In Memory Bro. Mike Stacey dismissed in prayer and ask blessing on food. SESSION II 7pm Bro. Carter Stewart welcomed everyone to the evening session. Moderator Bro. Barry Vaught called the meeting to order. Bro. Steve Hall led congregation song. Special called business session Bro. Gerald Ashley read the report from the Property Feasibilty Committee. Bro. Steve Hall made a motion to the ammendment that the trustees by given flexibility to bring to the Execu- tive Board any offer for the property they consider worthy of consideration even if it does not equal or exceed the appraisal value. Motion carried. Vote 37 affirmative and 21 no. Special Music by Bro. Bill Meece. Bro. Rick Hatley introduced the new pastors and staff. Digest of Letters were given by clerk, Bro. Eddie West. Bro. Steve Hall gave the annual Meeting Report and the Spring meeting will be April 24th at High Street Baptist Church, message by Dr. Paul Chitwood, Fall meeting will be October 16th at Buena Vista Baptist Church, message by Bro. Patrick Butcher and Bro. Alan Dodson. Adoption of 2014 Budget was given by Bro. Arthur Dawson, shared that the budget was cut $30,000. motion passed It was brought to the attention of the clerk that Bro. Alan Dodson name was spelled wrong in the highlights.
Miscellaneous Business Bro. Ron Shaw challenged the churches to get involved with adoption. Bro. Bill Dawson shared about the Gospel Project training at Slate Branch Baptist Church, a flyer was given to all the churches. Bro. Bill Meece shared about working at the Sunrise Childrens Home and thanked the staff for all they do. Bro. Steve Hall led the congregation in Hymn #325 Special Music by FBC of Bronston Choir. Evening Message was brought by Chuck McAlister, KBC Evangelism Team Leader. He shared from Isaiah chapter 5. 9 signs God has removed his hand from America. Moderator Bro. Barry Vaught made the motion for the meeting to dismiss.

Woman’s Missionary Union Report
The W.M.U. has been busy over the past year with various projects and training. In August 2013 we conducted age group training at Immanuel Baptist Church. We had some people attend the annual meeting of W.M.U. which was held at First Baptist Church, Hopkinsville.
Our association celebrated the 125th anniversary of W.M.U. in the Southern Baptist Convention at First Baptist Church, Somerset on Saturday, May 4.
We had a good participation from our Churches. We have many good mission projects planned for 2013-2014. We encourage our churches to be involved in missions by praying, giving, and going.

This past year has been another good year at the camp. We had good attendance and spirit- filled services. We had our best retreat season ever. We are almost finished with the new kitchen, dining room and chapel. We had a great summer staff and wonderful volunteers who served our camp well. Each summer is a new adventure for me. There are always a multitude of challenges with wearing the Camp Manager’ s hat. At the beginning of each summer, we take our staff and spend a week teaching them God’ s basic principles. They learn about authority, how to honor par- ents, how to relate to each other and much more. This staff as a whole, took these principles and not only applied them to themselves, but also shared them with the campers in their cab- ins and as they were teaching them in classes. I saw staff members who were dealing with deep seated problems become free. There is no greater reward than witnessing staff and campers set free from the bondage of sin. To see them leave camp with a new counte- nance and purpose was thrilling. In the mist of all the busyness that it takes to make this hap- pen, God reminds me that the most important part of my job is to stay close to Him. These past 22 years, God has always tried to convey to me the importance of providing a place for men, women, girls and boys to come and escape the pressures and distractions of the world so they can meet Him face to face. For over the past 32 years Laurel Lake Baptist Camp has been such a place. God uses this camp to provide a sanctuary for the lost and hurting to come and be healed. Thank you so much for your support of the camp. We could not do what we do without the help of the local church. Please pray that the Lord will continue to give us the vision and the resources we need to reach the lost for Christ! Your Partner in Missions, Pat Callahan
October 2013 DISASTER RELIEF The Disaster Relief team made two trips to West Liberty for rebuilding. Disaster Relief did some small tree cleanup for Pulaski County, from the damaging storms. Howard Edwards would like to thank everyone that has worked with him in Disaster Relief for the last ten years. Continue working with the new Disaster Relief Director, John Farley.

PULASKI BAPTIST CAMP WEEK
This year Laurel Lake Camp was held July 8th-12th with 37 counselors and 125 campers. There were 22 professions of faith and 14 rededications. This year our camp pastor was Brother Patrick Butcher who did a great job. During the week of camp we also had a Brittany Rayan, a former camper and coun- selor for many years led the music. Our music was a wonderful accompaniment to the messages brought forth during the week. Most of our classes with the exception of crafts were taught by our peo- ple from Pulaski County and they did a great job and the kids performed what they learned during the week on family night. This week was another display of God’s power and your prayers. It is so wonderful to see all the people who come to camp each year and leave changed and looking for- ward and planning for the next year of camp. All of our workers take time off work and some away from their families to glorify God and lead the lost through Christ into the Lambs Book of Life. We want to thanks all those who volunteered, given money for scholarships and most of all those who pray for camp all year around. We want you to know how much the scholarships mean to the campers. Each year for the past 33 years we have never had to turn down a child who wants to go to camp. We have always found the money because many of our campers would not be able to go without these scholarships and because of them many campers now have a relationship with Christ. The girls’ dorm was finished and so is the new Manna House and Worship Center were almost com- plete and hopefully will be ready to use next year for camp. Executive Board Highlights
January 8, 2013, A motion was made for an Resolution of Appreciation for Bro. C.E. Jacobs for all the work he has done for our Association. A motion was made to help the new Director of Missions with moving expenses.
February 12, 2013, Bro. Arthur Dawson shared that a keyboard was donated. Bro. Rick Hatley, New DOM, shared in our meeting about the need for Revival.
March 12, 2013, Bro. Chuck McCalister, Evangelism leader from Kentucky Baptist Convention shared ministries taking place around Kentucky.
May 14, 2013, Bro Alan Dodson, KBC Consultant moved into an office in the PBA building.

Youth Rally Report for 2013
I want to thank all the churches that have participated in this years youth rallies. Slate Branch Baptist Church, Bronston Baptist Church, Oak Grove #2, Oak Grove #1, Woodstock, Ferguson, Calvary, Quin- ton, Hight Street, Barnsburg, Neeley's Creek, Jacksonville, and Northside Baptist Church. Constitution of the Pulaski County Association of Missionary Baptists
ARTICLE I - Name This Association shall be called the Pulaski County Association of Missionary Baptists.
ARTICLE II - Purpose In the service of our Lord Jesus Christ, the purpose of the Association is (a) to bring the cooperating churches together to more effectively communicate the Gospel to the community, (b) to strengthen the educational programs of the churches in order to meet the needs of the growing church, and (c) to encourage each church to fulfill its mission and ministries in the world. We are a fellowship of cooperating churches, living in a changing world, with the power to give to it the Gospel to meet its needs. Therefore, in harmony and fellowship through the association we shall endeavor to reach out to touch all people of all ages everywhere, at home and abroad. As we fulfill this purpose together we will endeavor to follow the Bible admonition to “be not weary in well doing,” (2 Thessalonians 3:13), and to always glorify our Lord Jesus Christ in all our work.
ARTICLE III - Meetings The Pulaski County Association of Missionary Baptists shall convene for a Fall meeting (1) (preferably October) for the purpose of having annual reports, sermons, to act upon the proposed budget of the Association, (2) and other business relating to the Association. The Association shall also meet in the Spring (preferably April), for the purpose of electing officers and the organizational heads of the Association as outlined in Article VIII, and (3) to hear the annual State of the Association address by the Director of Missions. Roberts Rules of Order (latest revision) will serve as the parliamentary guideline for all business sessions unless otherwise directed by this constitution. The moderator will allow reasonable latitude in conducting business, so long as there is no objection from the floor.
ARTICLE IV - Membership The Body shall consist of six (6) members from each of the associated Churches (the pastor and five elected members) and the Director of Missions and officers as listed in Article VIII.
ARTICLE V - Local Church Sovereignty This Association shall not exercise any ecclesiastical authority over the Churches nor impose any moral obligations upon them; but is simply an advisory council and may recommend, advise, urge importance of duty, and obedience to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
ARTICLE VI - Reception and Withdrawal of Churches Any church desiring membership in the Association shall submit to the Credentials Committee a letter documenting such a request by the church in a business meeting and a copy of its constitution and by-laws, if available, prior to either a Spring or Fall meeting of the Association. Upon a favorable recommendation by the Credentials Committee, a majority vote of the body shall confirm the inclusion of the petitioning church, following which the Moderator shall recognize the seating of their messengers and authorize the inclusion of their Annual Church Letter in the records of the Association. A Church may be dismissed from this Body by applying for permission to withdraw. The Association has the right to withdraw from any Church whose faith or practices are found at variance with those of this Body. The interpretation of our faith and practice is to be found in “Baptist Faith and Message” as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in 2000.
ARTICLE VII - Executive Board There shall be an Executive Board composed of one member from each associated church, to be recommended by the church, and all pastors of churches in this Association. Twelve members shall constitute a quorum. The Board shall have charge of the work of the Association during the interval between its semiannual sessions. Decisions of the Executive Board will stand as voted unless specifically reversed by a subsequent vote of the Executive Board or by the Association as a body. Any member of the Board may call for action upon an item of business, whether it be new business, old business, or an item referred to a committee so that the work of the Association may advance in a timely manner. All standing committees will work on a three year rotation, one third of their members rotating off annually, being replaced by newly appointed members. Committee members may be eligible for reappointment to the same committee.
ARTICLE VIII - Leadership The work of the Association shall be lead by a Director of Missions who shall be called by the Executive Board to serve in this role. He shall be guided by a written job description and will work within its directives in the fulfilling of his duties. He shall be a voting member of the Executive Board and an ex-officio member of all its committees. The officers of the Association shall be Moderator, Assistant Moderator, Clerk and Assistant Clerk, and other such officers as the Body shall deem necessary. These shall be elected at the Spring meeting to take office at the close of the Fall meeting. No one shall be eligible to the position of Moderator for more than two successive terms. Their duties shall be set forth in job descriptions appropriate to each position. A Nominating Team, which is composed of six (6) members of which 2 will rotate off each year, will begin serving at the close of the Fall annual meeting. The moderator shall appoint the two (2) vacancies and an- nounce them at the Fall annual meeting. The Treasurer, Sunday School Director, Discipleship Training Director, Music Director, Woman’s Missionary Union Director and other such officers as may be needed shall be nominated by the nominating team. A report of these nominations shall be made to the Executive Board prior to the Spring meeting for its approval and then presented at the Spring meeting for election.
ARTICLE IX - Annual Church Letters and Reports
Letters from the different churches shall be submitted in advance of the Fall meeting, reporting their number in fellowship, those baptized, received by letter, dismissed, excluded and deceased since the last Fall meeting and such other facts as may be desired for information. Written reports will be offered at the Fall meeting for inclusion in the Annual Minutes of the Association. These reports will be submitted by the Director of Missions, the Clerk of the executive Board and by the heads of the various areas of Associational work. No report should exceed 400 words. The Clerk of the Association shall keep a record of the proceedings, taking care of the books and papers belonging to the Association and furnish a copy of all business transacted at each session for publication, to be distributed among the churches. The Clerk is to be reimbursed for related expenses as may be incurred.
ARTICLE X - Amendments This constitution except Article V may be amended by the following process: (a) The proposed amendment shall be presented in writing to a meeting of the body, Spring or Fall, citing the Article to which the amendment applies; (b) The proposed amendment will then be read by the clerk of the Association to the body. (c) The proposed amendment will then be voted upon at the next meeting of the body, Fall or Spring, requiring a two-thirds majority for passage.
