Humbermede Neighbourhood Improvement Area Subject Site The Humbermede neighbourhood has been designated by the City of Toronto FINCH AVE W as one of the City’s Neighbourhood FINCH AVE W Improvement Areas (NIAs). 31 NIAs were identified as part of the Toronto HUMBERMEDEHUMBERMEDE Strong Neighbourhoods Strategy 2020. These neighbourhoods represent the lowest Neighbourhood Equity Scores in Toronto, all falling below the benchmark of 42.89/100.
