You will need: 3 saucepans, a rolling pin, oven tray, oven heated to 180°C, oil / butter

Appetisers Heat the oven to 180°C, remove film place on a tray and heat for 20 minutes ---- Red Lentil dhal Wash the lentils and boil in 400ml of water with 1 tsp for 10 mints until soft Heat oil in a pan, add spice bag 1 until the spices sizzle Add 2 tbsp of the rustic tomato sauce and heat until bubbling Add the cooked lentils with remaining liquid and simmer until you are happy with the consistency. Finish with chopped fresh coriander ---- Thari walee lamb Heat remaining rustic tomato sauce in a pan until boiling. Reduce the heat and stir in the chopped lamb. Leave to cook on low until tender 30 mins Add chopped coriander to serve

Creamy Heat the creamy cashew sauce in a pan until boiling. Reduce the heat and add the chopped chicken. Cook until tender approx 15-20 minutes Add some chopped coriander to serve ---- Basmati Pilau (v) Remove film, heat in oven at 180°C for 20 minutes

Naan Bread (v) Heat a tray in the oven at 200°C Cut dough puck into two equal pieces, roll each one until 5cm thick. Splash with water and place on the hot oven tray and cook until it bubbles Smear with butter and sprinkle over a little chopped coriander ---- Chilli Chocolate pots (v) Just enjoy!
