Westar generally operates as a food equipment manufacturer, however since opening it’s doors in 1994, we have since expanded our line of work to several other areas of interest including robotics. Westar provides custom manufacturing in a timely manner through it’s wide variety of equipment. It currently operates one of the only dynamic head high pressure waterjets in the Midwest along with several manual/automatic mills and lathes. THE GOLD STANDARD • With access to such equipment Team Whyachi has always been respected for the high quality of their robots. • Our capabilities have allowed us to build our own robots and expand into a custom parts manufacturer. • Our parts are so trusted we even created a standard product line of high end gearboxes and power switches which a majority of our competitors use.
