Congratulations to the UIC Honors College Class of 2021!

The following pages record the remarkable achievements and astonishing range of the students who will graduate from the Honors College. In every class you took, in every student organization meeting you attended, and in every interaction with others in our UIC community, you have represented academic excellence and a desire to make a difference. Both of these are vitally important as we move forward from a moment of great change.

As graduates of the Honors College, you are joining a community of alumni going back beyond the beginning of the Honors College to the James Scholars, UIC’s first Honors students, who entered a half century ago. They have used their UIC experience to make contributions to their professions and communities, and in various ways have supported students who came after them. With the same ability and dedication, you are prepared to do the same.
