The addition consists of a new, 4-story, 80,000 sf laboratory facility that provides additional space for the School of Pharmacy and the School of Dental Medicine. The project features a glass curtainwall facade facing the main campus.

The building is being constructed on the tight, urban University of Pittsburgh’s main campus in the neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA. The addition is located on the hillside between the exiting Salk Hall and the . Extensive preconstruction efforts were required to help the University finalize its scope and budget parameters for the project.
