ICE's Map of Lower Manhattan ICE’s Map of Lower Manhattan Brookfield Place is a vibrant center for culture, commerce and education in Lower Manhattan. Formerly known as the World Financial Center, the complex is located across the street from the new One World Trade Center. The building has four towers, and each tower has a different address. ICE is located in the 225 Liberty Street tower on the 3rd Floor. One of the many benefits of ICE’s new location is the wide variety of public transportation options. Once inside the complex, ICE is located on the 3rd Floor, accessible by the 225 Liberty Street elevator bank.
