Widen Turnpike Mainline (SR 91) from Neptune Road to Osceola Parkway FPID: 436194-1 Project Description
This project widens a 7-mile section of Turnpike Mainline (SR 91) from Neptune Road to just north of the Osceola Parkway. This widening will increase the number of trav- el lanes from four to eight.
Work includes pavement milling and resurfacing, bridge reconstruction, and roadside safety enhancements.
Project Status
This project is in Design.
Right-of-Way is funded in Fiscal Years 2021 – 2023.
Environmental is funded in Fiscal Year 2021.
Railroad & Utilities is funded in Fiscal Year 2023.
Construction is funded in Fiscal Year 2024

July 2021 Information is preliminary and subject to change. Turnpike Mainline (SR 91) Interchange Improvements at Kissimmee Park Road FPID: 441224-2 Project Description
This project removes the existing ramps at the Kis- simmee Park Road partial interchange. A proposed new Turnpike interchange will be constructed at an extension of W. New Nolte Road, located approximately 1/2 a mile north of the existing Kissimmee Park Road interchange. This new interchange will provide all directional access to and from the Turnpike.
The proposed interchange features a diverging diamond configuration, which offers improved capacity with a smaller footprint. The PD&E and Design for the inter- change modification will be conducted concurrently.

The project expands truck parking at the Canoe Creek Service Plaza. In addition, the project will add passenger parking spaces near the Service Plaza.
Work includes concrete pavement, potential Turnpike Mainline (SR 91) plaza ramp improvements, pond and ditch reconstruction, and lighting upgrades at the plaza.
