DUTIES: Individual selected will be trained to pilot a tactical airlift platform. Individual will fill a training quota slot for FY 2021(Oct 2020 – Sep 2021)

EVALUATION PROCESS: Evaluation will be based on the information provided and meeting a Pilot Trainee Review board, currently scheduled to convene on 6-7 June 2020 at the 179th Airlift . Applicants chosen for an interview will be notified in the mid-May time-frame to all time to coordinate travel arrangements to meet the board. The interview process will span both days.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must possess a Bachelor Degree, or higher, by 1 October 20. 2. Must be under 33 years of age prior to start date of Undergraduate Pilot Training Course (FY21). 3. Meet all physical standards (or medically acceptable with a waiver) as specified in AFI 48-123, Medical Examinations and Standards, for Pilot, Combat Systems Officer (CSO) and Air Battle Manager (ABM) training. Successful application will be assigned to compatible military position in an appropriate unit of assignment in the Ohio as shown above. The position POC is responsible for selecting the board members, scheduling interviews, submitting the board’s recommendation to the commander, and notification of the commander’s selection/non-selection. The position POC is required to complete and return this form and the OHANG Form 3, E-6 to E-9 Selection Board form to the Recruiting Office Manager (ROM) within 30 days of selection.
