Directions (from Castle Bromwich to start of walk) M6 South Leave at Junction 1 At roundabout take first exit onto A426 Remain on A426 Through , look for road on your right signed Gilmorton Go over the Motorway into Gilmorton Village Follow signs to Peatling Parva turning right then left into Mill Lane. At the crossroads on the outskirts of Peatling Parva turn left signed Take first right in village signed Peatling Magna, few yards up the road on your right is The Shires Oak Inn. Park at the bottom of the car park. Permission has been given.

Walk description The walk follows a network of paths and tracks just a few miles south of and visits four small villages. Starting in Peatling Parva and continuing to , Peatling Magna and Willoughby Waterleys. The villages retain their traditional manor houses and the countryside is dotted with old farmhouses and ponds.

Please bring a packed lunch and drink with you on Sunday walks. If you are travelling directly to the start of a walk and not meeting at Castle Bromwich, please let the walk leader know.

WALK GRADING ADVICE Leisurely – Walks for reasonably fit people with at least a little country walking experience. Walking boots and warm waterproof clothing recommended.
