Robinson, 36, formerly of Allentown, has successfully appealed two of his three death sentences…Robinson had to be resentenced to life in prison in the Burghardt case because the U.S. Supreme Court in 2005 prohibited death penalties for juvenile defendants and Robinson was four months shy of his 18th birthday at the time of the killing.
