Presidents’ Messages - July 2012 Coming July Events Happy Summer! Dive season is really underway and the water seems to be fairly comfortable (that being a relative term, of July 26: Beach Meeting at White course). We just had our first beach meeting and the weather was Beach in Manchester by the Sea perfect! Hopefully we'll have a repeat for July's beach meeting on the 26th. July 28: Great Annual Fish Count Plenty of stuff coming up in the near future: The Great Annual (GAFC) at Stage Fort Park and Fish Count is on July 28th. See elsewhere in this newsletter for various diving locations. (see pg. 4) more details! And, if you are planning on coming to the annual Vermont camping/diving trip and have not already done so, please email Vinny the dates you are planning to attend. This month, I'd like to name John Ferrier as Diver of the Month for being at the BK lot for Sunday morning dives so frequently. Bay State Council of Divers Meeting The next meeting of the Bay State Council of Divers (BSC) is scheduled for Wednesday, July 25 at 7:30PM. This organization is for the benefit of all divers in Massachusetts. BSC meetings are held at 7:30PM at the South Shore Neptunes’ clubhouse in Quincy, MA, at the corner of Quarry Street and Joyce Road. All are welcome to attend this meeting!!

The BSC monitors local, state and federal regulations that may affect the community in Massachusetts.
