Your Direction Ltd will deposit your money into our Trust Account. A Trust Account is a bank account designed to hold our client’s moneys. Your money remains in the Trust Account and is supervised by an appointed Trustee who is either a banker, chartered or certi ed accountant or a solicitor. Both Holiday Designators and the Trustee are required to authorise payments from the Trust Account. All the ights and ight-inclusive holidays in this brochure are nancially protected by the ATOL scheme. On payment, you will receive an ATOL Certi cate.
