This publication is primarily intended as a conve- nient source of comparative information on graduate programs in the mathematical sciences for prospective graduate students and their advisors. Its contents will also be useful to others in the mathematical community who are interested in support patterns for graduate education. The A&GF is a complement to the annual Society publication, Mathematical Sciences Professional Directory. Information in the A&GF was provided by departments in response to a survey questionnaire mailed in late spring 2011. -
