Strength and Balance/ Otago Classes – Falls Prevention

There are lots of Strength and Balance / Otago classes around the county which aim to improve posture, confidence, strength and balance. These are similar to Chair Based exercise but will encourage you to get up and move around the chair, performing exercises which are clinically proven to reduce the chance of falling.
