RESOLVED: Aylesbury Town Council Object to this application. The committee have concerns for access to this proposed development along a narrow access route. Although the plan show this access route to be widened this will have a detrimental impact on surrounding properties and a safety concern for residents both young and old, particularly for those accessing the flats off Peters Avenue on the corner of Stonebridge Road. The committee can appreciate the impact of on road parking and the congestion it causes to this area but the loss of a green space is regrettable and cannot be a suitable solution.
