Her first class is now starting their fifth session of classes. Martha is so pleased with how well everyone is doing. Martha has successfully recovered from knee replacements. She said, “You will be surprised at what a good work out you can get seated in a chair. First we warm up with exercises. Tap comes next. The whole time we practice, we are working on our core muscles for strength; and learning a routine makes us work out our memory. When you learn how to tap, you have to learn what step is coming up next”, said Martha. The next class will be October 22, 2015, 2 pm – 3 pm at the Erie County Senior Center, 620 E. Water Street – Sandusky. The cost of the 10 week course is 10.00 per person. A missed class can be made up.
