The Friends of the Kingston Council on Aging Developed a Funding Proposal that Focuses on Partner- ing with Business Communities: The Goal is to Raise Revenue to Create 100 Free Classes and Programs at the KCOA Over 2018 and part of 2019. As you can all see by reading this newsletter, the KCOA believes the combination of lifelong learning and health and fitness is the perfect way to improve and maintain our bodies and our minds. According to profes- sionals, each area creates happiness and contentment, especially for people over fifty. With the help of the Friends of the Kingston Council on Aging, all this will be achieved in 2018 and part of 2019. The offerings focus on aging well – in its many and varied forms. Whether fitness is a brand new personal pur- suit or a long-time dedication, join us to enjoy a unique fitness experience in a comfortable and welcoming environment that provides complimentary classes. Continuous or lifelong learning is defined as the process of keeping your mind and body engaged by actively pursuing knowledge and experiences. For example, expand your interest in music, books, and you develop great mental exercises. Both the Friends and the KCOA will create a community of good. We envision a way of living and growing. Finally, the Friends of the KCOA has set out to tackle wide-ranging, yet interwoven issues that impact the quality of life. If your business would like to help raise money for the above, please call Marilyn Greenstein, Director of Marketing Outreach for the information packet, 781-585-0511.
