WorldFood Ukraine is the country’s largest food and drink event and hosts a wide range of food and drink suppliers, who demonstrate their latest products to the market. The event took place on 30 October- 1 November 2013, at the IEC in , Ukraine.  Exhibitors: 204 companies

 Visitors: 5,130 attendees – 85% trade buyers

 Exhibition area: 2,567 sqm (net)

THE DISTRIBUTORS RETAIL CENTRE took place at the exhibition on the 31st of October 2013. The event is a forum for exhibitors to meet representatives of food retailers and distributors.

Participating companies: 555, Fidesco, Auchan, Barvinok, Bimarket, Bon Appetit, Veresen, Kolibris, LotOk, Magistral, MamaZina, Market Plus, Nash, Sosedi, UFOK, Faino, Eco Market and many others.

Exhibitor feedback:  53% of exhibitors made provisional purchasing agreements  76% rated the quality and number of participants as good or excellent

TASTING CONTEST - 86 different food and drink products entered this year’s competition. Food industry specialists judged the entries, with winners able to promote their medals on product packaging and promotion.

The panel awarded:  11 Grand prize awards  66 Gold medals  9 Silver medals

FOOD SHOWROOM - famous Ukrainian chefs prepare exquisite meals using the ingredients and products offered by the exhibitors. The guests at the Food Showroom had the opportunity to taste and make orders for those ingredients used. High class cooking was demonstrated by members of the Club of Head Chefs of Ukraine, founded by Viktor Bondar.

WineExpert - Wines from Chile, France (Languedoc region), Georgia, Italy and New Zealand were presented during the express wine tasting course.
