Training regime: Each day he swims for 90 minutes, rides 120 km and runs 15 km.

Awards and Achievements: Hamish has won two and finished second in three World Cup events. He also won a bronze medal at the Manchester Commonwealth Games.

In 2002 he won the Oceania Championships and in 2004, won a gold medal at the Athens Olympic Games.

Description: Luke is a rising star in the of triathlon. His Triathlon career began in Taree in his earlier school days. It was then that he became a stand-out athlete winning several state and national junior titles. He hasn't been a stranger to injuries or accidents since then but after a slow start in 2001 he finished strongly in third place in the junior elite category at the World Championships.

When not training, she enjoys reading autobiographies, riding horses and relaxes by walking her three dogs.

Description: If there's a female triathlete who deserves to wear the "been there, won that" t-shirt, it's Michellie Jones. With a record that includes an Olympic silver medal, two World Champion titles, two World Cup championships, two times Commonwealth Games representative, seven times triathlete-of-the-year and 140 career victories in total, it is no wonder she is held in such high esteem.
