Stuttgart is in the center of many historical and School Administrators recreational areas. Grade Point Average: GPA is based on a 4-point sys-tem. Graduation Requirements Post High School Class of 2020 Seniors must have earned a cumulative grade point 72% Four Year University average of 2.0 or higher to receive a high school diploma from a DoDEA high school.
