Dies könnte auch das Leitthema für den Deutschen Fechter-Bund werden. Am 1. April beginnt INTERVIEW die Qualifikation für die Olympischen Spiele 2020 in Tokio. Nach Jahren des DFB-Seniorensprecher sportpolitischen Ringens werden die Fechter der Welt in allen 12 Disziplinen um Dr. Harald Lüders im Gespräch 16 Olympia-Medaillen kämpfen. Daran wollen auch wir uns beteiligen. Noch allzu gut ist vielen die Qualifikation für Rio 2016 in Erinnerung. Erstmals war VETERANEN-EM 2022 der DFB in keinem Mannschaftswettbewerb qualifiziert.
