La experiencia de la Copa del Mundo 2014 y el ejemplo que ha supuesto de una nueva gestión y visión de lo que es un gran evento deportivo internacional nos van a servir sin lugar a dudas para presentar próximamente al Central Board una candidatura extraor- dinaria, nunca antes planteada para un campeonato de deporte femeni- no. Nosotros seguiremos invirtiendo en el futuro de nuestro baloncesto femeni- no. Y lo haremos con más compromiso si cabe a partir de ahora, también a través del Universo Mujer, nuestro proyecto integral de formación, de compromiso, solidaridad y responsabilidad social, de proyección en nuevos sectores, promoción del baloncesto en la calle.
