P5143. Minutes of the Meeting held on 1st February 2021 The Minutes of the Meeting held on Monday 1st February 2021 had been previously distributed. It was RESOLVED that the Minutes be signed as a true record of the meeting.

P5144. To consider Planning Application – 21/00130/FUL First Floor Rear Extension with Double Pitched Roof together with Clipped Hips at 8 Oak Cottages Main Road Boreham CM3 3HZ (for drawings, please see separate document on email). Members of the committee had no objections to the application.

P5145. To consider Planning Application – 21/00165/FUL Single storey rear extension. New front entrance doors at Alldays Stores Ltd 1 - 2 Abercorn House Butterfield Road Boreham Chelmsford Essex CM3 3BT. Members of the committee had no objections to the application.

Proposal: Chelmsford North East Bypass (CNEB): A single carriageway road between Roundabout 4 of the Beaulieu Park Radial Distributor Road (RDR1) and a new roundabout on the A131 at plus dualling of the existing A131 between Chatham Green and Deres Bridge roundabout

Location: Chelmsford North East Bypass - Land between Beaulieu Park (north of Generals Lane), Boreham Parish, and Deres Bridge Roundabout on A131, Great & Parish

Members of the committee would like to make the following observations at this stage: 1. That it was originally supposed to be a dual carriageway, the indications are stating this is now not going to happen, can ECC bear this in mind as Boreham Parish Council would initially prefer this. 2. The whole bypass from Boreham to Gt. Leighs was supposed from the start, to be a no access no egress bypass, can this also be confirmed?
