PATRICK ALDERDICE is the President and CEO of Pennington & Co. and led the company from a regional-based firm to the recognized leader in fraternity and sorority fundraising, raising more than $385 million for the fraternal movement in the last 10 years. Prior to joining Pennington & Company 19 years ago, Alderdice served Delta Chi Fraternity as a Leadership Consultant, Director of Chapter Development and Director of Chapter Services. He graduated from Ball State University and is the past president of the Fraternity & Sorority Political Action Committee. Patrick has been recognized with several major interfraternal awards, including the NIC’s Alumni Award of Distinction and Delta Chi’s John J. Kuhn Interfraternity Service Award. Patrick lives life to the fullest and in the last four yeas climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. BOBBI LARSEN, risk management consultant with Holmes-Murphy Fraternity, is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and received her Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Indiana University. She is an initiate of , serving the Fraternity at the local and national level. In her professional role, Bobbi develops educational resources to complement the programming and risk preven- tion of clients and constituents. Bobbi served as a Greek Advisor at Indiana University, Northwestern University and the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She has been an active Alpha Chi Omega alumna, serving in positions as varied as Treasurer of a local House Corporation Board, a member of the national Strategic Planning Committee and as a National Vice President and member of the Foundation Board of Trustees.
