1. Client Meetings and Events: Alpaytac staff incurred costs related to travel to client meetings and events. Expenses included meals, airfare, accommodations and local transportation/cab rides/car rentals fbr meetings/events: Amount: $12,102.99

2. Media Monitoring Services: Alpaytac incurred costs for professional media monitoring services provided for our client, Embassy of Turkey. Amount paid to Genpact International Inc. for services rendered during the period ending on 05/31/2015: $23,450

3. Consulting Services: Alpaytac received consulting services from Chartwell Consultancy LLC. Amount: $10,000

4. Other Expenses: Alpaytac staff incurred costs related to media relations activities. Expenses included newswire distribution services and meals. Amount: $697.07
