. Public administrations demand more and more open standards for exchanging documents . Two such standards exist in this domain . Office Open XML (OpenXML) . Open Document Format (ODF) . Documents need to be converted between the standards . Legacy documents need to be migrated . some formats are already endangered (e.g. WordPerfect)
