COVERED ACTIVITIES means Th is policy covers each Insured Person during the policy period while he or she is: (a) participating in dance club activities sponsored by the Policyholder while on the premises of, designated by and under the direct supervision of the Policyholder, or (b) traveling with a group in connection with such activities under the direct supervision of the Policyholder; or (c) traveling directly to or from the activities and his or her home or lodging place. I want to also mention that Tom Tomlinson, Kevin Th omaier, and Steve Noseck all teach “all position dancing” in the Puget Sound Area. I encourage all dancers to look for opportunities to join workshops for “alternative dancing,” “DBD dancing,” and “all position dancing.” Not only will you pick up some skills, but when you become profi cient, you will dramatically increase the number of mainstream and plus calls that your caller can confi dently call, doubling the amount of fun on the fl oor. hanksgiving was fun, and Christmas and the new year are Tupon us. But what does that mean for square dancing? During the month of December, there are usually just two lessons. Between Th anksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s, students will usually miss out on three to four weeks of dancing. Th is is the time of year when students tend to have doubts and get the feeling that they have missed too many lessons to come back. Th erefore, it is an important time to reach out to students and let them know they are wanted back aft er the holidays are over. Just a quick e-mail, text,or a phone call reminding of when lessons start back up can make all of the diff erence. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! Caleb
