CASINO ACT 1997 NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3 (1) Definition of Premium Gaming Areas TAKE notice that pursuant to Section 3 (1) of the Casino Act 1997, the ‘Premium Gaming Areas’ defined as being a gaming area or part of a gaming area within the casino premises will as from 7 p.m. on 4 December 2014 be re-defined by the Liquor and Gambling Commissioner. The following plans indicate such parts of the first floor of the casino premises (previously defined by his Excellency the Governor in Executive Council and depicted by a purple line for information purposes only) which are to be regarded as being a gaming area, or part of a gaming area (previously defined and depicted by an orange line), that is set aside for premium customers and depicted by a light blue line which shall only be accessible to other customers in accordance with the Adelaide Casino Approved Licensing Agreement. South Australia Return to Work Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014

1—Short title This proclamation may be cited as the Return to Work Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014. 2—Commencement of Act (1) Subject to subclauses (2), (3) and (4), the Return to Work Act 2014 (No 16 of 2014) (the Act) will come into operation on 4 December 2014. (2) The following provisions of the Act will come into operation on 4 December 2014: (a) sections 1 to 3 (insofar as those provisions are not already in operation); (b) section 4(1) to (7) (inclusive); (c) section 4(14), (15) and (16); (d) section 6; (e) section 22(16), (17) and (18); (f) sections 118, 119 and 120; (g) sections 126 and 127; (h) section 135(1); (i) section 135(3)(d), (f) and (g); (j) Part 11 (comprising sections 171 to 174 (inclusive)); (k) section 185; (l) sections 194 and 195; (m) section 196(1)(d), (2) and (3); (n) section 202; (o) clause 69 of Schedule 9.
