SOME PRACTICAL HINTS ON GROWING DAFFODILS 0 Outdoor—Site Daffodil bulbs will grow and flower in any well-drained garden sail, but DAFFODIL they like best a well-worked and deep loam which may be from quite a light character to a stiff clay. Be sure of good drainage. The position should be open to a fair amount of sun, yet sheltered from the full force of prevailing winds. Price List If the shelter is provided by trees, the bulb beds must be kept away from the roots, and the site should not be totally enclosed by permanent shelters.
