St George’s would like to thank Mr Simon Hammond from CABS for his generous Westridge U20 Preseason Basketball Tournament sponsorship once again to enable us to hold this Festival. 30-31 August 2018 We would also like to thank Mr for being our Guest of Honour and Group Games presenting all the prizes and awards at the presentation after the very exciting and Vs. Wiseowl Won 33-9 close final. Vs. Prince Edward Lost 19-35 Well done to all the teams and coaches who put on a great spectacle of fantastic Vs. St John’s College Won 26-19 cricket throughout the tournament. Vs. Gateway Won 36 -13 In total there were 11 innings with scores exceeding 200 runs. Vs, Watesrshed Won 39-10 There were also 5 batsman who scored centuries, one of them Peter Jarvis from St Andrew’s College (SA) scored 2. There was 1 bowler who took a 5 haul; T Sithole from P.E (5 wickets - 11 Quarter Finals runs) and then 7 bowlers who took 4 wicket hauls as well.
