Sub:Addendum to Public Notice No.01/2013: Implementation of Right To Information Act, 2005 –Designation of Central Public Information Officers (CPIO’s) and Appellate Authorities within the Jurisdiction of Custom Commissionerate, Ahmedabad- Regarding. ------Attention of all the Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Members of Custom House Agents Association and Public is invited to the Public Notice No. 14/2013 Dtd. 07.08.2013 issued from F. No.II/39-57/RTI/2007 Part -II, vide which the information regarding CPIOs, working in this Commissionerate, was publicized.

2. On account of posting of Joint Commissioners in this Commissionerate, a need has arisen to make amendment in Annexure to the said Public Notice. Accordingly, Annexure to the said Public Notice dated 14/2013, shall stand substituted as per the Annexure-A, attached to this Public Notice.

3. All the Trade Associations/Chamber of Commerce as well as Members of Custom House Agents Associations are requested to publicize the contents of this Public Notice amongst their Members/Constituents, for their information and necessary action.
