Following the international tendencies, Rosatom is transferring to packaged supply of nuclear and turbine island equipment based on integrated offer. Atomenergomash became the first Russian company exercising integrated approach to production and supply of NPP reactor island upon customer’s request.

Supply of equipment packages for the Turbine Island is implemented by the group of Atomenergomash JSC companies within the joint venture with General Electric - «Turbine Technology AAEM» Limited Liability Company («AAEM» LLC).

AAEM was established in 2007 with a mission to supply turbine hall equipment for national and foreign nuclear power plant projects using the Russian reactor technology. In compliance with the articles of incorporation, AAEM received the ARABELLE™ technology for 1000-1800 MW class half-speed turbines and generators.

State-of-art development of design bureau is circulation pump without oil system (GTsNA-1753) with all components lubricated and cooled by water (including motor components). Absence of oil system significantly improves fire safety of nuclear power plant. This technical solution has no similar solutions in the world. The company has the only complex in Russia for large scale testing of pumps under conditions simulating all parameters of reactor operation (pressure, temperature, type of heat transfer fluid).
