Through truth, may you attain that inner illumination and prosper gloriously. ” On our stride towards the completion of the thirty glorious years of imparting quintessential education we have triumphantly explored beyond the conventional means of inculcating the vital life skills in students. The awe-inspiring accomplishments of the students in the board exams AISSE and AISSCE – 2017 on one hand and the stellar performance in the JEE Mains(210+) and Advance levels (75+). The NEET(61 out of 76) on the other hand and it's high success ratio was fused with the essence of fulfillment. This accomplishment saga takes us miles ahead when we learn that our alumni have cracked the coveted Civil Services or qualified for Scholarships from renowned international platforms like the Cornell University. All of them attribute their achievements to the vital years of schooling that they received under the mentorship of a wonderful team. The confines of the classroom can no longer boast of being the arena of model teaching and learning. Learning through experiential exploits in real or semi-real situations is the demand of our times. Undoing Historical Wrongs: Law and Indigeneity in India Abstract Beginning with a close look at a recent call by the Supreme Court of India to undo the historical injustices done to the "original inhabitants" of the country, this paper examines similar calls for justice made by Jaipal Singh Munda, the most vocal representative of Adivasis in the Constituent Assembly of India between December 1946 and January 1950, when both the possibilities and limitations of addressing past injustices were being written into the Constitution of India. While drawing attention to debates and disagreements over righting certain past wrongs that remain largely absent from historical accounts of the Constitution's drafting, this paper also invites reflection on the problematique of addressing calls for reparation made by dispossessed peoples as original inhabitants in modern liberal democracies.
