As far as pricing plan is no longer applicable according to EU regulation (e.g. after a country leaves the EU) the country automatically goes into Worldzone 2 “special European countries” and it applies the price of this Worldzone. 2 When making international calls – which countries belong to the “special European countries”? Andorra, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, the Faeroe Islands, Israel, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldavia, Monaco, Montenegro, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey (northern Cyprus), Ukraine, USA (mainland), Vatican City, White Russia. 4 When making international calls – which countries belong to the “rest of the world”? All other countries, which can be called via the international Telefónica Gateway. An up-to-date list of the countries is available at www.o2business.de/international. 5 Which countries belong to “Worldzone 1”? Worldzone 1: EU and special countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, French Guiana, Gibraltar, Greece, Guadeloupe, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Martinique, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Réunion, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, Vatican City. If one of these countries leaves the EU, it will be moved to Worldzone 1a and billed at the conditions valid at that time. 6 Which countries belong to “Worldzone 1a”? Woldzone 1a: Switzerland, Andorra, Isle of man. This Worldzone only occurs for regulated options as well as Unite Tariffs. For all alternative roaming options, the Worldzone 1a belongs to Worldzone 1: EU. 7 Which countries belong to “Worldzone 2”? Worldzone 2: USA, Canada, other European countries: Albania, Bosnia und Herzegovina, the Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Israel, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldavia, Montenegro, Russia, Serbien, Turkey (northern Cyprus), Ukraine, White Russia. 8 Which countries belong to “Worldzone 3”? Worldzone 3: the rest of the world. All other countries in which O2 has an international roaming agreement. An up-to-date list of the countries is available at www.o2business.de/international. 9 Will there be any additional costs for calls received abroad? Some operators in other countries (e. g. Argentina, Bangladesh, Belarus, Brazil, Brunei, Combodia, Canada, China, Cuba, Hong Kong, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Macau, Malaysia, the Maledives, Mauritius, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Russia, Senegal, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, Ukraine, USA, Usbekistan) charge additional connection costs for incoming calls. These costs are billed to the O2 custumer without any surcharge. 10 Which terms apply to the world zone tariffs? O2 may change the assigment of countries to the different world zones at any time with prior notification. 2O provides no guarantee that roaming will be possible in a certain country network, nor that it will be maintained. Special connection costs charged by some roaming partners for calls received abroad are included in the bill. With respect to outgoing calls, the world zone tariffs only apply to calls within a world zone or from a world zone to Germany; for calls from one world zone to another, the higher price per minute is charged. For incoming calls, the tariff for the zone in which you are located always applies. Price structure within worldzone 1 for outgoing calls and to Germany is 30/01 and 1/1 for incoming calls. For all other calls price structure is always 60/60. UMTS and GPRS calls are billed in 10 KB increments. De- pending on the data service used, additional charges for O2 data use may apply. The world zone tariffs do not apply to special nummbers, calls at sea and calls to and from satellite networks. The prices for such calls can be found at www.o2business.de/international. 11 How do I use UMTS/GPRS data connections abroad? To use UMTS/GPRS abroad you may have to manually select the network provider of UMTS/GPRS services. Depending on the APN, the use of the services may also be subject to the charge for data use in Germany. Applies to UMTS/GPRS connections in all networks where UMTS/GPRS is available and with O2 has signed a roaming agreement. To use MMS, the user must have sent at least one MMS while in Germany. When abroad, the user will be charged German MMS rates as well as the price for the amount of data transferred to the network of the respective country.
