First Independent Bank CEO and Chairman Bill Firstenburg hosted Evergreen Habitat for Humanity’s first annual CEO Build. Joining him were 18 friends and fellow CEOs Bryan Ableidinger , Ron Bertolucci , Bill Bryant , Pete DuBois , Jeff Firstenburg , Scott Firstenburg , Kelly Helmes , Brian Hopper , Elie Kassab , Greg Kimsey , Julian Levi , Roch Manley , Bill Morrison , Jerry 6utter , Matt Olson , Ralph Parker , Dennis Smith and John Weigel all volunteered their time and construction skills on Thursday, June 10, 2010. • 6olan Fundraiser : A fundraiser for Clark County Sheriff’s Commander Mike 6olan is planned from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. tomorrow, June 15, at the Sleep Country Amphitheater VIP tent, 17200 N.E. Delfel Rd. in Ridgefield. Nolan has a fast-growing form of brain cancer. Money collected will be used to pay for his care and support his family. Food and beverages will be served. • Volunteers needed : With less than one month before Independence Day at Fort Vancouver, the nonprofit organization which produces the event, the Fort Vancouver National Trust, is looking for volunteers to fill a number of roles, from ticket collectors, information booth and parking lot attendants, servers for the adult beverage area and more. The club will run for eight Mondays over the lunch hour from noon to 1 p.m. from July 12 through Aug. 30.
