3. Public Participation: To receive public comment on items on the agenda. A maximum of ten minutes is allowed for this item

4. Terms of Reference: To review the terms of reference and to decide any recommendations to Council re any changes to the Terms of Reference

5. Contract of Employment: To agree a timetable for the development of the Policies referred to in the Contract of Employment: Discipline, Grievance, Equal Opportunities, Sickness Absence, Health and Safety, Expenses, Recruitment,

6. Pensions: The Clerk to report on Automatic enrolment

7. Good Employers Guide: To decide the actions required to ensure the Council conforms to this guidance

8. Clerk’s Job Description: To review the job description and agree any amendments to recommend to Council

9. Clerk’s Hours of Work: To review the Clerk’s current hours of work and to consider any recommendations to Council
