The Ailey School summer housing at the Ludlow Street Residence is for students who are 17 years of age and older. The Ludlow Residence is located at the northwest corner of Delancey Street on the lower eastside of Manhattan, a short subway ride from The Ailey School. ~ Dates of occupancy: Sunday, July 11 (move-in) to Saturday, July 24 (move-out). ~ Cost: $900. ~ Meals are not included. HOUSING AT THE LUDLOW RESIDENCE IS LIMITED AND RESERVED ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST- SERVED BASIS FOR STUDENTS WHO PERMANENTLY RESIDE IN ONE OF THE 50 UNITED STATES.* *Due to current quarantine requirements and visa restrictions, international students who live outside the U.S. are not eligible to attend the Summer Intensive. HOUSING APPLICATION CHECK LIST~ Students may apply for housing after they have been accepted to the Summer Intensive and have submitted their $300 tuition deposit to reserve their place. Housing applications will not be considered until students have made a commitment to attend the Summer Intensive with their deposit.
