Who can come to SOS?
• Everyone is welcome. We see anyone under 21. Male or Female
• It doesn’t matter if you are Heterosexual, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual or Transgender
What do we do at SOS?
• We can provide advice on relationships, sexual health, safer sex and contraception • You don’t have to be in a relationship to come to SOS
• You can just come for a chat and ask any questions you like
We do free pregnancy testing
• Pregnancy advice and support
• Referral for termination of pregnancy (abortion) Contraception
• If you are having sex but you don’t want to get pregnant, you should use Contraception. • You can get all different types of Contraception at Sorted On Sex clinics • How many different types of Contraception can you think of? Emergency Contraception

Why should you use condoms?

• If you do not use a condom when you are having sex, you could catch a Sexually Transmitted infection. • How many Sexually Transmitted Infections have you heard of? How many sexually transmitted infections do you know?
• Warts • Syphilis • Chlamydia • HIV • Gonorrhoea • Hepatitis B • Genital Herpes
How would you know if you had a sexually transmitted infection?
Some of the symptoms might be:
• Pain on passing urine • Discharge • Lumps & bumps • Pain • Itching • Rash • No symptoms Testing for Sexually Transmitted Infections
• Chlamydia • Gonorrhoea • Syphilis • HIV
Some questions you might get asked when you attend the clinic
• Do you have any symptoms?
• When did you last have sex?
• Do you use condoms? • Have you had a sexually transmitted infection before?
Remember that it is confidential (we won’t tell anyone) unless we are worried about you.
What happens if I test positive for a sexually transmitted infection?
• You will be contacted by your preferred method e.g. mobile, sms • There will be a discussion around the infection, treatment & follow up • You will be asked to attend a clinic for treatment • If you are in a relationship your partner should also attend for treatment Remember:
