About the Contributors

Khaled Tamzini received his Master’s degree in Management sciences and his Post-graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the High Institute of Management of Tunis (1997-1999). He received his PhD degree with honors from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and management Sciences of Tunis in 2014. He founded and directed during 5 years (2006-2011) a recruitment agency. He justifies an experience of over 10 years (since 2001) as a senior trainer for the account of several national companies in the field of Human Resources Manage- ment. Dr. Tamzini is actually an Assistant professor of Strategic Human Resource Management at the IHCS of Sousse (Tunisia) where he teaches Human Resource management and Strategic management. He is a member of the Research labora- tory “LARIME” and panel member of the International Association of Strategic Management (). He is a reviewer for several international scientific meeting as the Academy of Management Meeting, the Academy of International Business, the European Academy of Management Conference... His research interests include the Resource-Based View, Knowledge Management, Talent management, Employer branding, Human resource marketing, Human Capital, Sustained Competitive Ad- vantage and Strategic Human Resource Management.

Tahar Lazhar Ayed received his B.Sc. in economics and Social Sciences from Tunis El Manar University 1997 and his MBA in Marketing and Data Analysis from the University of Quebec At Montreal, Canada in 2002. He earned his Ph.D. in Business strategies from Tunis Al Manar university in 2009. He is now serv- ing as an Assistant Professor (Visitor) of Strategies and Data analysis in College of Business at Umm Al-Qura University, KSA where he joined in 2012 and a se- nior consultant at the Institute of Consulting, Umm Al Qura University, KSA. He worked as a Marketing Manager at CFH Security in Canada from 2000 to 2004, a Lecturer at the School of Economics and Commerce (Tunis, Tunisia) from 2004 to 2006, a lecturer and assistant Professor at the School Of Commerce (Sfax, Tunisia) from 2006 to 2012.He teaches Principles of Management, Data Analysis, Research methodology, cost accounting, Business and Marketing strategies, etc. Dr Ayed has published books and scientific papers in international indexed journals. Raef Abdennadher is an Assistant Professor in “Marketing”. He was gradu- ated from the University of Economic Sciences and Management of Tunis with a PhD degree in Marketing and had a thirteen-year’s teaching experience in Tunisian and Saudian universities especially in the domain of Consumer behavior, Market research, Talent Management, Strategy of innovation and development of new products, Advertising and public relations. Dr Abdennadher was Co-Founder and Research Director for “Tunisie Sondage” (First Company in Tunisia in on line Market research) and had experience as consultant and project director for international and national companies in Tunisian and Middle East Market.

Raies Asma is Assistant Professor of Economics at the College of Business of Umm Alquraa University. She is Associate researcher at URED- FSEG (Sfax -Tuni- sia) and CED-TEAM-Sorbonne (Paris-France). She received her BA in Economics from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Sousse- Tunisia and her M.A. and Ph.D. in Economics from Sorbonne University, Paris- France. Her research interests are: Industrial organization, Innovation, R&D, Entrepreneur- ship, Human capital, Education, Endogenous growth and economic development and Islamic economics through Microeconomic and macroeconomic modelling, Numeric simulations and Econometric estimations. She received several honours from the Deanship of Student Affairs of Umm Alquraa University for supervising winner scientific projects. She has taught many undergraduate and graduate courses in French language at the Universities of Sorbonne and Rennes (France) as well as at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Sfax (Tunisia). She also has taught many courses in Arabic and English at Umm al Quraa University – Saudi Arabia. Her scientific papers have been published in many international indexed journals such as Louvain Economic Review, European Journal of Comparative Economics, Bulletin of Economic Research, Journal of Islamic Economics, Bank- ing and Finance, Economics Bulletins, and many others. She participated to several international conferences in France, UK, India, Tunisia, Italy, Saudi Arabia.

Neeta Baporikar is currently Director/Professor (Business Management) at Harold Pupkewitz Graduate School of Business (HP-GSB), Namibia University of Science and Technology, Namibia. Prior to this she was Head-Scientific Research, with Ministry of Higher Education CAS-Salalah, Sultanate of Oman, Professor (Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship) at IIIT Pune and BITS India. With more than a decade of experience in industry, consultancy and training, she made a lateral switch to research and academics in 1995. Dr. Baporikar holds D.Sc. (Man- agement Studies) USA, PhD in Management, University of Pune INDIA with MBA

Apart from this, she is also an External Re- viewer, Oman Academic Accreditation Authority, Accredited Management Teacher, Qualified Trainer, Doctoral Guide and Board Member of Academics and Advisory Committee in accredited B-Schools. Reviewer for international journals, she has to her credit 5 conferred doctorates, several refereed research papers, and authored books in the area of Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Management and Higher Education.

Esin Can is a professor of management at Yıldız Technical University. She received her BS in Business Marketing and Production Management in 1987, MS in Management and Organization in 1988 and PhD in Management and Organiza- tion in 1991 from . Much of her research is on international business, MNCs, and HRM. In 2015, she published the fifth edition of her book titled Uluslararası İşletmecilik: Teori ve Uygulama [International Business: Theory and Practice].

Haldun Şecaattin Çetinarslan is a PhD candidate at Yıldız Technical Univer- sity. He received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Turkish in 2002 and MBA from in 2007. His research interests include expatriate staffing, multinational subsidiaries, and multi-criteria decision making.

Fadoua Hamdeni holds her Phd in strategic management. She is an assistant professor in High sckool business in Sfax University (Tunisia). As a member of research Business unit, she has many activities in Teaching, research in strategic business: Topic 1. International cooperation Learning, knowledge transfer, absorp- tive capacity; Topic 2. Information systems Classification, planning, problems; Topic 3. E-business e-trade, Network operations, applications for human resources, online reputation.
