Evening B&B is available via pre-booking on Friday and Saturday nights (see booking form). Please note the Buttery is only open for an evening meal between 6.30pm - 7.30pm. We’d be happy to recommend nearby pubs and restaurants to those arriving later.
Saturday 28 September 8am – 6pm Iris Café open for snacks, coffee and tea 8.15am – 9.30am Full breakfast served in the Buttery. For overnight guests on Friday only.
1.30pm – 5pm Merchandise Stall in the Porters Lodge
2.30pm – 5pm Gardens open to enjoy; all are welcome.
6.30pm Pre-dinner drinks for those attending the Reunion Dinner. By pre- booking only.
7.30pm Reunion Dinner in Clough Hall. By pre-booking only.
8.45pm – 11pm The Iris Bar will be open for alumnae to purchase drinks and enjoy time together after dinner.

9.30am – 11am College Library open to visitors – please do drop in and view the displays of material from the Library and Archive.
11am – 12 noon Newnham Conversation: Joan Bakewell (NC 1951) and Julie Etchingham (NC 1988). Baroness Joan Bakewell is an author, journalist, broadcaster and Labour peer. She rose to prominence as a broadcaster on the 1960’s discussion programme Late Night Line-Up. Baroness Bakewell has written for The Guardian, The Independent, and The Times. She is also the president of Birkbeck, University of London. Julie Etchingham is a newsreader and journalist. She has worked for outlets such as the BBC, Sky News, and currently works for ITV News. She was the first woman to be named the Royal Television Society Presenter of the Year in 2010, and was awarded the prize again in 2016.

Dress Code: please wear whatever you feel comfortable in – there is not a formal dress code but guests often like to take the opportunity to dress smartly for dinner.
