The four Black Country Councils welcome your views and comments on the draft version of the Black Country Local Flood Risk Management Strategy and the supporting Strategic Environmental Assessment Report.
The draft Strategy sets out how the Black Country Councils as the Lead Local Flood Authorities will work in partnership to improve management of local flood risk for the benefit of people, property, land and the environment
