Kingswell and Killisick are wards in the Arnold area of Gedling borough, approximately five miles from City Centre. The area is made up primarily of a mix of privately owned, Jigsaw Homes and Guinness Partner- ship properties. Jigsaw Homes Midlands owns a variety of property types in the neighbour- hood including bungalows, flats, maisonettes, family houses and one Independent Living scheme at Tavill Fields on Kilnbrook Avenue.

The neighbourhood has access to some good amenities. In Killisick there are a small num- ber of independent retail units on Beechwood Road, offering a butchers, hairdressers, post office, florist, café and a newsagent. In Kingswell the shops on Rolleston Drive offer a variety of fast food and takeaway establish- ments.
